Prayer from March 25, 2020

 "But as for me, I am like a green tree in the house of God; I trust in the lovingkindness of God forever and ever. I will give thanks forever because you have done it, and I will wait on Your Name, for it is good, in the presence of your holy ones." --Psalm 52:8-9

Jesus, 

My goodness, it has been a year since I have battled worry and fear each night like this. 
But, I choose today to trust You with all that I am and have. 
(It's not easy for me to trust like this, so I will be repeating this prayer often.)

A fear I have is letting worry or pain overtake me.
Holy Spirit, please fill me with peace, love, faith, hope, and joy instead.

I belong to you.
