Prayer Requestin'

I guess this post is mostly a prayer request. 

As of yesterday, I've been battling a stomach bacterial infection/ parasite (not exactly sure which one) for about 24 hours. 

We don't have to go into more details (trust me, in this case, ignorance will be bliss), but I would appreciate your prayers for healing and nourishment. 

Especially since tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I really Really REALLY want to eat my Nonnie's Pink Fluff recipe and that pumpkin cheesecake the Foth's are making. 

I hope to get some meds pumping through my system later on this afternoon. 

My second request is simply this, for God to honor Shannon and I according to the promises in His word and according to our financial discipline and stewardship.

We are having to deal with some very untrue (and, if I'm going to be honest, stressfully outrageous) internet and electricity bills. 

Please pray with us that God would resolve these issues today, so that we would not have to pay unjust charges. But, please pray more that we would humbly walk in God's will and that His name would be glorified.  

Thank you, friends. I will keep you discreetly updated to the best of my ability.
